My project was delayed by multiple weeks because my tile order didn’t arrive on time. They kept blaming others and making excuses for the delays instead of taking any personal responsibility. I ended up having to order a different sized tile (for a higher cost) and pay for expedited shipping to try and prevent further delays. Instead of trying to improve my experience, they refused to help with any of the added cost to ship the alternative tile.

Nate Metzger from Home Collective was wonderful! He brought samples to our home and was incredibly reliable and helpful in picking out new carpet as well as pivoting and adding another bedroom! His crew did our entire basement and stairs! Quality of work was excellent and communication was great! We would highly recommend The Home Collective!!
