I called the store to place an order as Amazon is out of stock for a hood fan they carried. Staff was friendly and I was able to get what I need quickly.

I called the company told them that after 1 1/2 yrs my tempered glass range hood’s button panel went all crazy They were fabulous my warranty was no more but they still got the panel for me free of charge and sent to me . It’s not just the fact that they didn’t charge they were so friendly and sincere I wish there were more companies like them. CHEERS to you Thank You Elizabeth Kelly
Wow, these are big scammers. I bought online from them and immediately they have marked the item as shipped so I can't cancel the order and then, they took 3 weeks to ship it to me. I stayed o a shower for a month trusting they will ship it ASAP, but just lie after lie.
Very good customers service , way better than trail appliances
