I expected a professional service, but it felt rushed and careless. They left dust all over my floors and didn't even clean the basement vents. I had to call another company to finish the job properly.
I had a problem after the service — one of my vents started making a loud noise. I called customer service three times and emailed. No one responded. Once they have your money, they disappear.
They quoted me $129 over the phone, but when the tech showed up, the price jumped to over $400 with add-ons I didn’t ask for. I felt pressured to agree or risk a cancellation fee. Very shady.
They were in and out in under an hour, which seemed suspicious for a full duct cleaning. No before-and-after photos, no detailed explanation. And yet I still got a hefty bill. Would not recommend.
The technician arrived almost two hours late and didn’t bring the proper equipment. He had to leave and come back later, wasting half my day. Completely unprofessional and disorganized.
