The home we purchased was not a high end home, despite the high end price. There are many issues that need to be resolved, including but not limited to, outlets with no insulation that get wet with condensation, cracks in the ceiling that have moisture on them, and poor quality assembly of the home in general. We have been working with Homark since the home is under warranty, but are not getting things resolved. The few issues they tried to fix ended up being worse.
