Great rooms and service
The hotel is beautiful and centrally located in the heart of Charlottetown. The rooms were perfect - nice, clean, and great views. The pool area is great and the kids loved the “little waterfall”. The staff were all wonderful and I have to give a special shoutout to Luke as we had a big group staying here and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Luke, for the wonderful stay and we all can’t wait to return!
Edward who was working the front desk last night was so amazing! I called around 10:30pm due to kids being overly loud (not in a “Karen” way haha) because it was so loud it had woken me up and he dealt with it so quickly and effectively! It was so nice to feel heard and respect. Thank you Edward!!!
Great place will definitely visit again when i am in Charlottetown. Breakfast was superb
