Will not go back. Front desk personnel showed a significant lack of compassion and absolutely had to be right no matter what. I don't cry easily and as I walked away from an aborted appointment I was crying.
Dr. Downing is an amazing vet in so many respects and such a kind thoughtful individual. Her staff are great, also, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.
