Terrible stay away short staffed equals poor care for the residents. The bosses only care about making money and cutting corners everywhere. What use to be a top of the line place has now gone in the opposite direction. I feel bad for the staff that works there because they are underpaid and get treated like crap,
RecommendedTheir care of our mom during her final weeks was second to none. The staff was so caring , compassionate, and respectful allowing her a peaceful passing. We trusted them with our most beloved family member and they never disappointed.
My Aunt was working there. It’s smelled awful and they hardly have any help for the patients. My aunt said back in the Day management treated the patients and staff good but now they only care about making money and people keep leaving because they get treated like crap. I feel bad for the residents there. They are ignored and they let them sleep in chairs all night my aunt said it’s awful. Stay away from this place until they decide to go back to their old ways.
I just happened to have these reviews come up and would like to say:My husband was there for 3 years and I cannot complain about any one thing.I have visited there for many many years and knew when the time came for Jim to be cared for I knew it would be the HOLIDAY.Jim was treated like a 5 star athlete everyday and I am grateful to all the staff. How? Quit treating me like I am stupid. Quit bugging Me about turning off the lights.Tell residents and employees cover your mouth you sneeze.I have had personal items stolen and nothing was done about the thefts. If this happens again I call the cops and make a big deal of it.We had resident,Jerry Nicholas who would pee on the couch in the fireplace lounge routinely.I would report it and remove the coushin .Jerry N would use crude remarks such as"Fuck You" and"Shove it up your ass". This place is wonderful. They took great care of my mom right up until she took her last breathe. They continue to take care of my dad. Most of the staff take care of the residents like they are their own.
