RecommendedOh my goodness! I really don't know how to say that this may be the best customer service I have ever received! I purchased some zoli beads and only ordered one side - Kelli emailed me to ask if I needed the other side or if my project only needed the one side? Obviously not trying to upsell but making sure I truly had what I needed (which I did not!) and I asked her to please add the other side to my order - which she did - and then I received my order so quickly!
