Chris is a super nice guy, and the lot is secure! Plenty of room to move and back your trailer up. Also the prices are the best in Fayetteville ($50 a month + tax)! I have my trailer here, and I highly recommend it to others.
This place is useful in ways I didn't anticipate. I can't park my camper at my apartment, and nearby storage facilities don't let you work on your vehicles on site - THIS place lets me have my tools out to work on it AND it's 1/2 mi from Lowe's+Walmart. Management is great, when I moved in I didn't put the camper cover on properly and they called me letting me know so I could fix it before the upcoming rainstorm Great place
