We have gone there twice. Both times have been an overly positive experience. The first time was a time-crunch situation, and Chris stayed after closing to get my husband's bike fixed. The second time we did have an appointment, but Chris was dealing with something personal (in my opinion, the rest of us wouldn't even open up or work in this situation).
