Went for Mother’s Day. Food was delicious but service was awful. Short staffed everywhere. Everything took forever. Sad - they expected everyone to stick to 1.5 hours table minimum and they were the problem. Not staff problem but management and owner problem. There are temp staff that can be brought in to support busy days. The excuse it’s Mother’s Day and only 2 bartenders is not acceptable.
Went for a nice dinner out on a Friday evening. My spouse ordered his meal dairy free, as clearly offered on the item in their menu. The food came covered in gooey cheese, so we had to wait for the meal to be remade. Also, the lack of any kind of light control on the long wall of windows, means afternoon sunlight blinds you and makes the dining area extremely hot! It was an uncomfortable meal on many levels.
