We were eating light on a day that we had a big lunch and sharing the half-chicken dinner seemed good idea. We subbed the Brussels Sprouts for the green beans. The potatoes, sprouts and sauce were good. Some of the leg portion was overdone and the entire breast was overcooked. I have had better grocery store chicken and they notoriously overcook the breast meat.
I don’t often recommend a restaurant in a hotel, but we ate there twice during our stay and it was our favorite restaurant in the Basalt - Carbondale area. Try the salmon!
Love staying at this hotel. Especially because of breakfast and dinner. The food is amazing. They are very accommodating for people’s special requests. And tonight I had Rohit as a server who knocked it out of the park for me. Makes a hard days work just dissipate and relaxation begins.
Food was excellent as always -server Rohitwas super server ! Always is !
