The Hoffmann is a great place to stay. The rooms are tasteful and luxurious! The restaurant is top notch and the staff are so attentive, professional and friendly! We love the Hoffmann!
Amazing location, staff, and amenities!
We are visiting from Colorado Springs. Our stay at Hoffmann Hotel was lovely. The rooms are quiet, clean and well appointed. Super comfy beds and spacious bathroom. We enjoyed our view of the mountains and the lake. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the omelette and the huevos rancheros. We enjoyed being able to walk around the lake and walk to Whole Foods across the highway and north into El Jebel for dinner. We appreciated the free parking at the hotel. A wonderful stay!
While this new hotel is nice, their front desk needs to get their act together. First, I am not sure why the front desk manager wears actual pajamas at work. It doesn't inspire confidence, which may be good because there were all kinds of mistakes we caught on our bill, such as charging us for another guest's dinner, charging for parking in their big open lot without disclosing, and not itemizing their invoice. Buyer beware - watch your charges with this hotel!
