I thought I didn’t need a lawyer for family court until I was removed from my home. The other side was smiling and laughing until they got the call from Laura and that is when they started taking the situation serious. At the end of the day both sides walked away not getting everything we wanted but without Laura I would have walked away with nothing.
Laura Hoffman worked with me to regain custody of my child. She was always honest about everything that might happen. She was the reason I received 50/50 custody. She fought for me and communicated with me all the time. Her duty was to find the truth. She delivered.
Laura is amazing. She is thoughtful, diligent, and hard-working all while remaining sensitive during a difficult time. She is always personable, returns phone calls and emails in a timely manner and connects deeply to the case and manners at hand. I would recommend Laura's services to anyone who is in the unfornate need of services of an attorney.
I did not actually retain Laura Hoffman; however, during request for initial consults (and after talking to over a dozen attorneys/firms), Laura was the only one to not push for an immediate retainer. She actually recommended a better lawyer for my specific case. I was very impressed with her integrity and care for the actual individual seeking help over money. Thank you! P.S. Only a couple interactions, but her legal secretary, Susan, was equally professional, polite, and responsive.
