Agency wasn't open at 8am as advertised. The return call was not promising due to staff complaining about having too many files to process before they can handle my inquiries. Never reached back to me like they said they would at noon. Stayed with my current agent despite being unsatisfactory because it was a lot more convenient in the end. Found what I needed by myself online and had insurance cards in 5 minutes.
