As a home builder in Las Cruces I warn everyone to not do business with David Serna. He will take your down payments and will never deliver. He will avoid your calls, texts and emails and even when I got attorneys involved and he agreed in writing to make payments to return the down payments he will just continue to avoid you. I will continue to spread the word until he returns the money.
