Very disappointing experience at Hoagie Deli in Adrian. I ordered at 4:18 PM but as a nurse, I got busy and picked up around 5:10. My waffle fries were soggy, and when I politely asked for fresh ones, (cook/owner) blamed me instead of fixing it. Customer service 101: you don’t point fingers at the customer—you make it right.
