This was my first time getting acupuncture and Janelle did not disappoint! She took a thorough history and spent time explaining her approach and how I would feel afterward. I barely felt the acupuncture needles but wow did I feel amazing the next day! I slept better than I had in years, and woke up refreshed and so peaceful. Can't wait for my next treatment! Not sure where I'd be today if I haven't met Janelle. (Thanks to my Dad) I can't brag enough about hows she's healed me, my family, friends and clients. I'v started acupuncture over 5 years ago and I'm still going strong today and for-ev-errr! Watch out people, its an addiction!
I've been going to Janelle for more than a few years now, her knowledge in the use of acupuncture has helped me recover quicker from sports injuries and without surgery when western medicine practitioners were telling me otherwise. I don't just go to her when I am hurt, I see her once a month whether I need to or not. She helps me keep centered and a balance approach to my total health.
