I randomly stopped into this salon without having done any research prior (which never happens). Rachel moved around her schedule to accommodate a last minute appt for me. She is a great conversationalist and made the whole appt comfortable. I’ll admit I walked in not completely confident of what I wanted to do with my hair, which I’m sure is every stylists dream client. Unfortunately I’ve had to update my review as I’ve been pretty disappointed by this salon. Time management and reliability seems to be a common issue. I had my first appointment in April 2025 with Chelsea, and while she did a great job with my cut and color, she was late for my appointment. Now I understand running behind after seeing other clients prior to my appointment, except I was her first appointment that morning. Just moved to the area and needed to find someone to do my hair. I found Chelsea and was able to book an appointment within a day or so. She talked me through some different options for coloring/cutting my hair since I prefer as low-maintenance as possible. Chelsea is awesome and did such an amazing job! Can’t recommend her enough!
