Ariel Fletcher I came in for a blonde with a shadow root. Instead of putting the ash shadow root color on my roots it was put all over my head. This took two and a half hours. At which time I had to go pick up my kid and really didn’t have more time to fix the issue very well. I came back and she did a bleach bath on my ends. I looked like a calico cat.
