Loved my experience today this Beauty Supply in Valley Ranch is a cute lil nook my dream to own one day it was small but surprisingly had what I needed plus more and the girl behind the desk offered me her advice on some products too based on her own experience - I didn't need alot of hand holding straight found exactly what I needed in and out! My new go to for sure..this place is a gem and it's black owned too- girllllllllllll you did that! Sis you got my support!!

Customer service sucks. I pulled up she was outside smoking( that’s fine), but the minute I get in the store now she is so busy. Nowhere to be found to help me. I’m trying to ask a question and she is just standing there instead of coming to see what I am talking about. Wig selection is minimal. I will not be coming back here. I just needed one thing and this was the closest thing to me.
Great small business. Sadly, as a small business their inventory is understandably limited.
Great products, reasonable prices, and great customer service! Shaunna is absolutely amazing!
