I got the eye lash extensions here. I asked why their lashes were so much cheaper $75 for volume set and $65 for classic set . They said it’s because they manufacture their lashes, the quality of service is same as others. Anyways my lashes were falling off while driving home and I went to my vacation and it didn’t last a whole week. I didn’t get them wet for 24 hours and still they were falling off like crazy. Very disappointed. Waste of money.
I do not usually write bad reviews, but I feel I need to warn people. My usual lash and brow girl was on mat leave so I came to the hive for a lash lift and brow lami. The girl who did them was extremely sweet and they looked great when I left. Throughout the day they continued to get curlier and curlier. It turns out they were over processed and completely fried. **** UPDATED**** As mentioned in the business reply, I did receive a refund which was greatly appreciated. This review was posted prior to getting in contact with the salon and explaining my situation. The business also replied before I had a chance to edit or remove my review so OF COURSE the refund had not yet been mentioned. Although the offer of a re-lift would have been available, I was not comfortable with returning as I mentioned it was not just about the results but my experience overall.
