Encouraging and kind staff, great workout in just 35 mins, and a small area for my kids to sit while I get my workout in. A huge win for a working mom with two young kids!
Thanks Don for everything and Jackson for being an excellent personal trainer. I recommend the gym to anyone looking for a great experience and atmosphere.
Love that there are no set schedules for work out, but still feel I have a guided coach with the set exercises for the day. Also Coaches are available for most of the day ! So that is an extra plus! Love the meal plan -and the 3D machine that monitors my progress !
Love this gym so much man! Available 24/7 for those with membership and accessible for the most awesome under 1 hour HIIT or FIT workout/ training sessions. I am a regular in the mornings/ afternoons and the energy is on point. Highly recommend especially for locals and first timers, those looking to get their fitness journey started and need some guidance in which this business and the structered workouts provide with endless support.
