This place has never failed to impress. The entire staff works so well together and the food is always perfect.
Been around forever in the area. Great place for family gatherings and definitely getting that good bbq
Very Good Steaks. In fact so good I dream about the last Filet Mignon I had there. Scallops are seared to perfection.Artichokes are amazingly prepared , in fact, best BBQ I’ve had in California. Old place with charm with attentive and friendly staff. Was just here for my birthday !

I was in Santa Maria for work. I was told to go to the Hitching Post for a great steak. I was not disappointed! I love the fact this restaurant is off the beaten path in Casmalia. I went on a Tuesday evening for dinner. It might be off the beaten path, but it’s definitely well known; they had a good dinner crowd. I sat at the bar. The bartender provided phenomenal service.
