Don’t let the word motel or the older reviews deter you - we had a fantastic experience staying here as a stopping point between Whistler and Joffree Lake/ Lillooet :) The contactless check in process worked out perfectly as we spent the day hiking and ATVing in Whistler and didn’t get in until 10 PM. The room itself, while not a 5 star hotel by any means, is modern, clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed our stay here! We got in at 10:00 PM and left the next morning at 10:00 am so it was a quick stop. Check in was very easy, we had a text with info and code to the lock box. There was tons of parking and it’s easy to find off the main road. It’s a nice room! It’s a 2-star hotel but it’s very clean (including the bathroom) , the bed was comfy, the water pressure was great for the shower, it’s Everything we could need! I’d stay again 😊

We had a wonderful stay at The Hitching Post when we stopped for a last-minute overnight a couple of weeks ago. They provided a shuttle to the airport for us both ways with little notice, which was much appreciated! The room was clean and spacious and had a nice, well-stocked kitchenette. There is also a nice area outside to relax. We appreciated the hospitality of the new owners very much! The Thai restaurant within walking distance was also an added bonus.
