We recently purchased a Thor Chateau motor home from Aaron Thomas. Aaron was a very understanding and knowledgeable person. He listened to us and didn’t pressure us into something that we didn’t want. Aaron introduced us to Ashton who did our paperwork and to Nick who explained the working of the motor coach. We had a great experience at the Hitch House when we recently purchased our new Mercedes Sanctuary camper van. Aaron Thomas made sure we were well taken care of and followed up with us after delivery. Ashton made the paperwork portion easy and Nick gave us a very informative demonstration of everything on the van. The complimentary overnight stay at their onsite campground gave us the confidence to drive home to Nova Scotia the next day, with a good understanding of how everything worked. I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve been left with no choice. We purchased a 2018 Newmar New Aire from The Hitch House in May 2023 with a 30-day warranty and assurances that repairs would be taken care of. Among other issues, the low windshield washer fluid light stayed on despite a full reservoir. The coach sat with them for weeks in 2023 and again for six weeks in spring 2025, yet the same problem was never resolved.
