I must’ve called five shops in the Atlanta area before coming across the hitch house. All of the premier shops either did not have the expertise or didn’t want to take on the liability of adding a tow hitch and a wiring harness on my 2015 Audi Q7. I called the Hitch House, and Bob immediately said, "No problem” they got me in and out the same day. Another great experience at Hitch House! They are our "go-to" for hitches on our vehicles. Holly was very helpful in getting us scheduled and explaining cost. Bob did a fast and efficient job on our Lexus. He took time to demonstrate that the trailer lighting cable works as intended. Thank you Hitch House!

After two failed attempts to get a hitch at U-Haul, I called up Hitch House. They got the correct hitch ordered within a couple of days, accommodated my schedule for installation, and were super professional and friendly! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Was told I can bring my suv for a hitch install that they had all the parts in stock. Drove 2 hours to this location and they didn’t have the parts. The people at the desk were rude and disrespectful. Save your money and go to a real hitch install place. As I was leaving , they told me with a smile on their face have a blessed day laughing. This store a is a joke do not come here.
