Another great experience at Hitch House! They are our "go-to" for hitches on our vehicles. Holly was very helpful in getting us scheduled and explaining cost. Bob did a fast and efficient job on our Lexus. He took time to demonstrate that the trailer lighting cable works as intended. Thank you Hitch House!

After two failed attempts to get a hitch at U-Haul, I called up Hitch House. They got the correct hitch ordered within a couple of days, accommodated my schedule for installation, and were super professional and friendly! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Was told I can bring my suv for a hitch install that they had all the parts in stock. Drove 2 hours to this location and they didn’t have the parts. The people at the desk were rude and disrespectful. Save your money and go to a real hitch install place. As I was leaving , they told me with a smile on their face have a blessed day laughing. This store a is a joke do not come here.
They have been extremely kind, helpful and professional in helping me to figure out the best way to travel with an electric wheelchair. I highly recommend The Hitch House.
