I called them one day about getting a hitch put on my vehicle. They were able to give me a quote and answer all the questions I had. They even called to follow up on me coming in. When I went in they got it put on fast and I was on my way.
Hitch House installed my hitch in a timely manner. Everyone at the shop were professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. I will come back and highly recommend them to my friends and associates.
It is genuinely hard to find good customer service these days — especially in 2025, when so many five-star reviews are fake and you never really know what you’re walking into. I must’ve called five shops in the Atlanta area before coming across the hitch house. All of the premier shops either did not have the expertise or didn’t want to take on the liability of adding a tow hitch and a wiring harness on my 2015 Audi Q7. I called the Hitch House, and Bob immediately said, "No problem” they got me in and out the same day.
