These folks are awesome! They helped me out the day I called and went above and beyond with helping me prepare for my road trip. They quickly diagnosed my issues and made time in their busy schedule to get it done. I recommend anyone with hitch issues to give them a call.
I very rarely take the time to leave reviews but dennis saved me from a very tight spot (due to Uhaul saying they couldn't do 5th wheel hitches the morning of the install and after selling me the incorrect parts). He went above and beyond to help me out and did a great job. If she says he will have it done on time, he will. I highly recommend him.
SAME DAY INSTALL- (Let me start by saying that I don't EVER leave reviews but these guys definitely deserve one)...For some reason there is a huge shortage of hitches. I had an appt scheduled with Uhaul to install a hitch on my car. But (after I got there) they didn't end up having any hitches at all (and they never called me to cancel my appt).
