I took in my trailer on a Saturday morning at 8 am for some work on the hitch. They took me in right away and did the work in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and friendly and a great dog Willow to hang out with. Going forward I will take my trailer work here. Thanks Hitch Factory.
We highly recommend the Hitch Factory! They helped us troubleshoot some wiring issues with our self-installed trailer kit. Great to deal with, and excellent service all around.
They installed a hitch and wiring on my 2022 Ford Edge Great job and friendly staff
We had a guy that was supposed to to clean up our trailer and make it road worthy. He never showed up. I was referred to the hitch factory and needed the trailer to be ready in 2 days and they did an amazing job and had it ready the next day. I would highly recommend The Hitch Factory. Colin
The Hitch Factory was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service . Did an awesome job rewiring my boat trailer at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them for any of your trailer or hitch needs .
