2023 Hybrid Pacifica had hitch and wiring great service. Lorrie explained everything and very enjoyable to talk to. Nice waiting room and enjoyed coffee. Bonus 5% discount for cash. I be back for a bike rack and they have everything need for towing and hitch related needs. 3 hours done in less than 2 hours and showed me when done. Thank you Lorrie for you and your team service.
This place was suggested to me by a competitor because they knew I’d be able to find what I was looking for and they were right. Plus Lori was extremely helpful and explained the same thing to me many times because I wasn’t understanding and not once did she show frustration or impatience although I’m sure I caused those. You really can find everything you need here for whatever type of hitch you have.
