Just had my first session here and honestly loved it. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual classes I do, which kept things really interesting and exciting. The owner was super welcoming, too
Such a great place. I’m getting back into the gym after having my children so I’m not very fit and was not confident to exercise again. Norm and his team have been super supportive and helpful, taking the time to correct technique and adapt activities when necessary. I now look forward to going there, which is impressive considering how much I was dreading it the first time!

Norm and the Hirt Lab team are incredible! Supportive environment and good balance of high intensity and weight training with a good mix of variation to keep it fun! Highly recommend!
