I would HIGHLY recommend The Hindquarter! They catered my wedding in Vermont, and were communicative, professional, and caring from the very beginning of my inquiry process. The Hindquarter provided excellent service for our wedding at Sleepy Hollow Inn this past June. Luke and Jecilyn were pleasent to communicate with about planning. It was great building a menu that worked for the season and fit our likes. The pre-wedding tasting was excellent, we enjoyed that. We asked HQ to cater our August 2025 wedding and are sooooo happy we did! Megan helped us through the whole process, answered every question we had effectively and with an abundance of patience. The planning help aside, the food and their catering service was spectacular. Some of the server ladies helped me get a stain out of my white (I was the bride) dress after an accidental elbow from a rogue guest, lol. Highly recommend to cater a large event. Nice people, very organized and easy to work with. Food was delicious and a real spectacle.
I had the pleasure of working with Hindquarters at my childhood friend's wedding I coordinated/attended. Leading up to the day, Megan was super helpful answering the bride's questions in a timely manner, and overall very knowledgeable about the products and offerings. Also, the bride was gluten free but this was no issue for HQ! On the day, their whole team was incredibly friendly, professional and rolled with the punches with ease.
