Very frustrating and odd/unprofessional experience. I was referred to Hindin Center by my myofunctional therapist. I called ahead to make a consult and the receptionist suggested I send over my records and info so that the doctor could review to make sure I would be a candidate for her ortho work. I never heard back. For weeks. I calmly followed up four times by phone and kept being told someone would call me back. Nobody did. Awful. I went here for more than a few years before the main dentist started to become less friendly, and more smug, and toxic. Why? I have my suspicions, but I don't have the proof so I will leave that alone. The final straw for me was that he was rude to a family member, and then encouraged his staff, who were otherwise warm and friendly, to start suggesting that I take my business elsewhere.
