I recently finished my nursing placement at The Hills Private Hospital and had such a great experience. I really want to thank Teresa, the placement facilitator, for all her support and guidance. A big thank you as well to RNs Helene, Durga G, and Nirmala G for being so patient, encouraging, and for teaching me so much during my time there. I’ve learned a lot and felt really supported throughout the placement. Truly grateful for the experience!
My mum was admitted to Hills Private hospital for rehab for 2 weeks. With one phone call to them, they processed the assessment and offered her a bed. From the admission to discharge, they demonstrated high standards of professionalism in the way they coordinated and made things easier for us. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tanja, the discharge planner/social worker who supported my mother during her rehabilitation following a fall. From the very beginning, she showed exceptional professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Tanja took the time to clearly explain the discharge process and all the available options to us, which made a potentially overwhelming situation much more manageable. Absolute shambles run by non Australian and after a few weeks of being treated as an invading virus I was relieved and happily discharged a very nice hospital destroyed by many of the staff where one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing l can’t believe these people are actually trained unbelievable behaviour too many to list here not many hospitals I know actually don’t and the command of English is virtually zero!!!!
