One of the best hospitals! Had our Mental Health Placements there at WRPC , the team, the RN’s, Clinical Facilitator everyone was so great, helpful, polite and shared their knowledge with us. I will forever be grateful for it. Thank You so much I appreciate you all
I spent 2.5 weeks at The Hills Private Rehabilitation Hospital. The minute I was wheeled thru the door massive big hello and warm welcome from Rob on front desk. I felt so welcomed. Rob had a wonderful energy about him. I couldn't fault the staff. They were amazing towards me. I was there to recover and rehabilitate from a hip replacement and glute tendon reattachment. Excellent care by all staff. Physiotherapy teams were of great assistance. Very pleasantly surprised by the delicious gluten free meals served.
the gp doctor not good at all has not been doing her job my mum is my guidrin and the gp doctor up Windsor is rude and I dint get told in change of median as well she keep saying cause im over age and I hade a panic anxiety attack awhile she was talking to me did nothing got the student nurse in and the claim me down but she was very rude the local Gp she has no right speaking to nurse way she did as well and my mum wasn't happy 3 time with her you need to at least tell the gp a gurdinship means mum has be in room with me an... read more
Yelda, head counsellor and teacher of some of the classes I experienced while in the rehab, believe it or not claims to have a PHD. I have never met someone who cares so little about her patients. I saw her yell at a few patients instead of de-escalating. I saw one of the nicest patients accused of racism. I really do not recommend choosing this place if you are looking to help yourself.
