We bought our Milestone home brand new in 2018 and have never had any issues with the house or the community. We love living in the Hills of Bear Creek close enough to the city for convenience, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The neighborhood really comes alive during the holidays, with beautifully decorated homes and a festive feel. Our neighbors are kind and thoughtful, and we always feel safe walking our dogs or riding bikes through the streets.
Super nice homes at a very competitive price. A pleasure to work with.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. One of the worst home builders ever. Don’t expect anything in your house to last more than 5 yrs. They will lie to you about anything and everything. Then you get to put up with their vendors blaring music all hours day and night while building out the neighborhood for 8yrs that was only suppose to be 4 phases. Good times! Keep up the good work of building shitty homes.
