I really feel heard when I visit my doc The premises is clean and tidy The receptionist patient, and they have additional health services that can help out.
Great friendly service
A very happy first contact with the clinic, where I called at around 11.00 and was offered a same day appointment 😮 unheard of from where I came from up near Seymour! Country health systems are really stretched so I am not used to being able to see a GP when I actually need one. Dr Smith was lovely and patiently recorded my laundry list of medications ( I am 62 and have several health issues). An easy and pleasant experience all round.
