As soon as u walk in u r greeted with a smile and a hello with your name….there always professional and courteous and very helpful…I couldn’t be more happier with all the times I had an insurance issue and they were willing to help me out or even fix the problem…thank guys from the carver mass company I love you all
Do not use this insurance company unless you like to be ignored and "written off". Absolutely no follow through with the agent who was supposed to help me. Like all insurance companies, they know you need them so the customer concerns do not matter to them. Rating would be a zero or negative if I could.
Friendly and efficient, was able to get a better policy at a lower rate.
