Jay is an amazing trainer. He is knowledgeable, fun, encouraging and knows how to keep me motivated. With his help, I am closer and closer to achieve my fitness goals. Highly recommended!!!
I’ve been coming just over a month to the 9am classes with Scott and throughly enjoying our sessions! We get to learn basic techniques whilst also having a high intensity all over workout. Happy we finally have something like this that caters to anyone and everyone over this side of town
