Don't understand what the receptionists problem is. At the end of the conversation just hang up, no bye or anything. Rude. And telling me what I should be doing with my life. You could easily cause someone to spiral emotionally. Edit: and they didn't even pass on a message properly.
Can’t comment on the nurses but the lady who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. There’s no need for the attitude when we’re just trying to get answers. All 3 of the people in my family who have called have been appalled at the way they were spoken to. Will find another clinic because of this woman and her dreadful customer service.
Very friendly, efficient and competent staff - punctual attention. Parking and access excellent .
Professional and always on time with appointments . Friendly staff who are very good health professionals .
