The staff at the Hills Community Health Centre were friendly and helpful, but the wait times were longer than expected. The care I received was fine, though it felt a bit rushed. Overall, it’s a decent place for basic medical needs, but there’s room for improvement in scheduling and communication.
We've had a wonderful experience with The Hills Community Health. The nurses are incredibly friendly, caring, and truly committed to their work. They always go above and beyond to provide support and ensure everything is well taken care of. My mum feels very comfortable and happy with the care she’s receiving, and that means the world to us. Don't understand what the receptionists problem is. At the end of the conversation just hang up, no bye or anything. Rude. And telling me what I should be doing with my life. You could easily cause someone to spiral emotionally. Edit: and they didn't even pass on a message properly.
Can’t comment on the nurses but the lady who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. There’s no need for the attitude when we’re just trying to get answers. All 3 of the people in my family who have called have been appalled at the way they were spoken to. Will find another clinic because of this woman and her dreadful customer service.
Very friendly, efficient and competent staff - punctual attention. Parking and access excellent .
