0/5 Stars. 1. Their business model: They will get you addicted to benzodiazepines - I’d never previously had known what they were before going there. 2. You will see a psychiatrist once a week at the maximum. 3. They turn a blind eye to drug addicts using whilst in their “Detox” programme. (People are smoking & injecting drugs in their bathrooms - I’ve seen the blackened spoons etc). 4. There is a lot of well known predatory behaviour with “men” using the facility to create sexual relationships with vulnerable females.
UPDATE: 2025Well this time Kellyville Clinic outdid themselves into the most unethical, degrading, defamation of someones character (who is trying to get professional help)🙄 My last experience in the Drug and Alcohol ward due to a rapse. If you want to get clean THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I ended up leaving because I was on more drugs than what I was on the outside 😈I will get to the discharge summary soon enough. Idk why my review was taking down got accused of stuff by staff I didn’t do and dealt with some horrible people and the dr I had wasn’t the best if you have do go in don’t use dr ally but your own mental health go somewhere else I’m completely scared form dealing with the patients in there got told to email then but they didn’t even reply
This place is horrendous. The reception staff are so rude, and the psychiatrists are very patronising. I tried endless medications and felt like an experiment. There was never any time given to listen to my symptoms or reach a diagnosis. I was cut off every time I tried to speak. I never got any better as all the medicines were completely ineffective. All this time later I am still crippled with anxiety and unable to function. Avoid this place at all costs.
