Staff were beyond rude, was given the wrong medication. I went in with depression and suicidal feelings was told to “just take Valium” after saying I didn’t want to take it and continually saying I want to speak to my doctor about not taking it I was spoken to like I was garbage. The room was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned properly; the glass window had “this place is horrible” and “please help me” carved into it. I had my partner visit me. (My one support person). Idk why my review was taking down got accused of stuff by staff I didn’t do and dealt with some horrible people and the dr I had wasn’t the best
I left this hospital one year backwards, I don't think Tanveer Ahmed who is a psychiatrist has the skills or understanding of his job, I think his skills set need to be evaluated by the medical board.i recorded our conversation over the 3 weeks there I spent 11 minutes and 47 sec. Initially I hesitated to go to this facility as reviews were very discouraging. However, after lots of deliberation I decided to try as this is close to my place. Now I understand why most of the reviews are bad. I am highly disappointed with the initial assessment experience (during and after initial consultation). So think twice
