Hired them to sell my house. Totally unprofessional people. They took all my information for insurance for the house and then never called me back about and then got angry when I follow-up up about insurance for the house I listed with them after asking for a quote and then left me high and dry on the sale.
12 years ago we went through Randy Hastings; and now Cathy Means. Great people. Always quick to respond to my questions at all hours; any day of the week. I have sent Cathy lots of listings; and she has been amazing at arranging showings. I had the same experience with Randy. I highly recommend the Hillard Agency!
