I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Hill Medical Imaging. Their customer service is consistently poor, and they routinely make mistakes with scheduling. I had booked an appointment well in advance and even took a day off work to attend. Without notifying me, they changed my appointment. When I called to ask about it, Jared—who took my call—showed no remorse or concern. It was clear that patient well-being was not a priority.
