I have been attending this clinic for a few years now (as needed of course), and I have to finally post a review. I am just so impressed overall with how this clinic is run. The staff are friendly, funny, and very accommodating. The seating may be a bit uncomfortable but it doesn’t matter much because I don’t ever find myself waiting long. The longest I have ever waited here is maybe an hour, but today was less than twenty minutes! Great clinic! Everyone was super helpful!
We told the clinic that we would be contacting alberta health services due them refusing to provide a referral after an appointment we already paid for and requesting a second payment... they responded via a letter stating we are banned. This will be escalated further with the alberta health services and college of physicians and surgeons of alberta for this malpractice and what appears to be racism.
I swear this place does not exist
