Took my daughter in 3 days in a row n turned around "at capacity" 3 days in a row. Held the door open for a middle aged man who looked in good health today (clinic didnt look busy at all), receptionist saw this n gave him a return time n told us she cant help my daughter they're "at capacity" n it's better to be under booked than over booked with a big stupid smile. Same receptionist 3 days in a row. She is very rude.
Great care when I brought my mom in
Dr Kriel is absolutely amazing! Can examine you and write you a prescription in under a minute without ever getting within 3 feet of you! Sure glad I waited for almost an hour with my toddler to receive no help for the issue we came in for. This clinic has absolutely tanked since Dr Grobler left. We thought we’d try it since Dr Grobler’s office was closed, but we won’t be making that mistake again. I’m horrified at what passes for “medical care” these days.
The only walk in clinic I've found to be RELIABLY open. Doctors are great too.
