Highly recommended this place! I've always hated going to the gym, but these classes are so varied that you don't get bored but you work super hard - I now look forward to gym days. I love trying all of the different classes, but also enjoy going back to the same classes because they do such a great job of changing them, that you don't feel like it's the same class. Real good classes for good price, trainers are real friendly and the atmosphere us friendly to. Everyone helps you out if you don't know what to do
