Recently used clubhouse facility for a birthday gathering. Found the manager to be helpful and accommodating. There were no issues in getting my deposit back. Found the clubhouse clean and provided everything we needed. There was no cost as I am a resident.
No benefits to living here! Lot rent at the moment is $825. They seem to worry about enforcing their silly rules on decent residents but turn a blind eye to the people with junk & trash sitting in their front yards. Very sad.
