Basically an ATM for investors. We have none of the benefits we used to have, and they want to drive out the retirees that have lived here for decades by making lot rent unreasonably high so they can bring in wealthy out of staters who won’t complain about the high rent with no amenities. Also, they should probably actually train the “manager” in Montana landlord/tenant law before they get sued!
Toured the park to lease for a new park model mobile, it was clean felt very much like a real community. We think the clubhouse is adorable, totally enjoyed the gal in the office. Thank you
Seems like a decent place to stay. I wouldn't mind to call this place home.
Looking for a space for my parents, Tracie was awesome, answered all my questions explained how the lease works as we have never leased, there was cards going on in the clubhouse Tracie knew them all and it felt welcoming from the start
