Excellent GP clinic. Welcoming reception, very helpful admin staff and caring doctors.
I had been going to this clinic for 37 years. Moved to Melbourne for two years and on the advice of Dr Kerr I was told I needed to have a local doctor. When I returned they refused to take me back, firstly because I hadn’t been for two years then when I queried that I was told I didn’t live in the right postcode. I have lived in the same post code for 20+ years. I had always been bulk billed so I believe it was a money issue. They didn’t even ask me if I was happy to pay.
