Great place, well-maintained grounds and staff is friendly and prompt with requests! We love it here so far and even had a tour of the community when we checked in

We have lived here for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier! We lived in our home in the country for 47 years and then to move to an urban location was quite scary but it has exceeded all expectations. The location here at Kendall Yards is so well maintained and beautiful. It’s also a very safe area and I love that our building is a secure entry. We lived here for a little over 2 years - I really enjoyed the apartment in Jefferson Alley but the leasing staff is incompetent. The maintenance team is nice but they only temporarily fix the issues which causes them to have to come back into your apartment so many more times than needed just because they never actually fixed the problem. The most frustrating part of all is when you call the leasing office 5 times and nobody EVER answers the phone, so you walk down there in person and they’re all just sitting at their desks... read more
