We lived here for a little over 2 years - I really enjoyed the apartment in Jefferson Alley but the leasing staff is incompetent. The maintenance team is nice but they only temporarily fix the issues which causes them to have to come back into your apartment so many more times than needed just because they never actually fixed the problem. The most frustrating part of all is when you call the leasing office 5 times and nobody EVER answers the phone, so you walk down there in person and they’re all just sitting at their desks... read more
An honest review. This apartment is not safe. This morning a man in a ski mask (60 degrees out) walked by my apartment while I left around 530 AM to go to the gym. He was clearly out trying to break into cars. We have had 5 instances of theft in the 6 months we have lived here. Management does not care to address these issues. Everything from stolen packages to someone walking on our balcony and stealing blankets. Leasing Staff - Incompetent. Had several issues trying to move in. Awful build quality that causes nuisance tenant problems. Nails exposed over walkways, and no noise cancellation that when downstairs neighbors blast music from 8am - 10pm, I cannot work from home, study, or relax. Kendall Yards staff does nothing to remedy the issue and I after two months of moving into this place I am already thinking of breaking my lease and moving somewhere else.
I was interested in renting from this property since I will be moving to Spokane next month from out of state. I inquired about a unit and asked the leasing staff for a video/pictures of the unit. They sent me a YouTube link to a video that was not working. After I let them know it wasn’t working, the leasing staff said they would look for a working video to send me the next day but they never did.
