I raised my kids in this community. Over the years I have witnessed so many different staff members come and go. I could always call them depending on their attitude when conversing with them. This property was once the largest mobile home community in the state (I don’t know if that’s still true today). With that being said, this property will humble you!! I enjoy living here. It is well kept and clean. Only issue is people walking in the middle of the roads and kids running across the street unsupervised, so you definitely have to watch out for people but other than that I’ve had no issue.
We have been here just about 3 years now and we love it here. We have some really great neighbors near us and have even made some close friends. I will say the lot rent is a bit steep to me, BUT I do not know the going rates around or what all considerations are made when setting rates. I do know Management strives hard to keep our community clean and trouble free and Management does not set the rates! Nice quite place with small families
Make sure to read all reviews before buying or renting Rent of just the land is at 500+ dollars. This does not include what you will pay for monthly for the mobile home. New trailers her can start at 1000 and go close to 1500, now add 500 to that and you might as well buy a brick home. . April 16th notice goes out. If you own 3 vehicles you can not have it parked near the road or in the grass. You must park is all the way down by the pool. Edit as of April 6th 2025.
