Lot fees are insane,plus they send out msgs all the time bitching about stuff,and they dont do nothing to enforce it.I constantly have ppl and kids always around my yard,my driveway,etc.Something has to change.
This place is a ripoff. The rent keeps going up even though I still pay more than everyone else. They allow drugs and crime in the neighborhood but God forbid if I have a car in MY driveway with a flat. It got towed. They trapped me in the beginning and I didn't even know it. They act like an HOA but it ain't one. Don't recommend at all
I raised my kids in this community. Over the years I have witnessed so many different staff members come and go. I could always call them depending on their attitude when conversing with them. This property was once the largest mobile home community in the state (I don’t know if that’s still true today). With that being said, this property will humble you!! I enjoy living here. It is well kept and clean. Only issue is people walking in the middle of the roads and kids running across the street unsupervised, so you definitely have to watch out for people but other than that I’ve had no issue.
We have been here just about 3 years now and we love it here. We have some really great neighbors near us and have even made some close friends. I will say the lot rent is a bit steep to me, BUT I do not know the going rates around or what all considerations are made when setting rates. I do know Management strives hard to keep our community clean and trouble free and Management does not set the rates!
