Not pleased with new management. They added in security cameras which is a good thing to have but did a terrible job patching the holes that process made. They are not addressing the external doors that no longer lock and are a safety concern. They never introduced themselves to the current tenants and have not given us any contacts in management. The pros are that it is in a great area. That's about it.
Management is terrible when it comes to responding to any type of issue. They have 20 different email addresses to contact….and still don’t respond. Getting the security deposit back is like pulling teeth (still haven’t received it in over a month). The incompetent management team also tried to charge the $350 lifestyle fee towards our deposit… very unorganized group. Will not recommend. 0 stars
We lived 4 years here, always paying on time. We bought a house in the summer and we moved out in August, is November and we haven’t received our deposit back, they said they were checking it, addressed it to the main office, still we haven’t received it. So dissapointing, on something as simple as giving our deposit back.
