We lived 4 years here, always paying on time. We bought a house in the summer and we moved out in August, is November and we haven’t received our deposit back, they said they were checking it, addressed it to the main office, still we haven’t received it. So dissapointing, on something as simple as giving our deposit back.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the leasing office. They have been unresponsive and unhelpful for the past four weeks, despite repeated requests to address a plumbing problem in our apartment. Not only have they failed to fix the issue, but they have also yet to even diagnose the problem four weeks into our move-in. All in all a solid place to live. Justin was very accommodating from day one and made our time there enjoyable. He was also very responsive and took care of any issues that came up. We had a 2 bed/2 bath unit that was very spacious. The maintenance crew was also very handy and took care of any problems promptly. Overall the building is in a good location as you have quick access to nearly everything you could need including food, shopping, and entertainment.
