To those reading reviews, keep in mind the reviews from people taking tours do not accurately reflect what it's like to live here. The repair staff is awful. The kind of horror stories you read online levels of bad. The whole place is roach infested, there’s not enough parking unless u pay an extra 100 for a tiny garage, it’s overpriced, takes about a month to get anything fixed, they never answer the phone and the hot tubs/pools are always dirty and often broken. The only reason why I don’t give this place 1 star is because it’s in grand terrace. That’s it. Then they tell me to call them to talk about all this, and 2 weeks or so later, I’ve been calling everyday. Nobody answered. Not once. Been calling everyday…

Love the experience. Everything went smooth and quickly. John took me on a tour and he was very nice.
John showed me me around the apartments and gave me good customer service I lived about a week and I really like it
