***2 Update*** (current resident) Rating went down to one star again due to parking. I was towed the other day for being “double parked”. Mind you, this was before they did paving. The parking lines were almost invisible and one night in the tow yard cost me $551!! With the cost of everything rising and not even a warning or maybe even a ticket was crazy to me. Wish I could give 0 stars they told me I was approved and everything was good then the day before move in they said I was denied which was ok after reading reviews said I would receive my holding deposit back never did and this has been since November they barely respond never answer the phone and very rude
No longer living here, it was great at first. Taiki and Adriana were very helpful. As time went on there were numerous issues. The apartments are INFESTED with roaches, they offer pest control but when the appointments were set the technician wouldn't even knock or ring the doorbell and would leave a notice saying we missed our appointment. Maintenance requests take forever, it's hard to get a direct answer from leasing agents and management. The parking situation is constantly getting mixed up.
