One of the nicer properties around but maintenance requests are slow to address and require follow up with the front office and managers multiple times. The front staff are usually helpful but the management team, Valerie and Kelly, do not respond to emails and wont take appointments before a certain time in the day. Valerie was suppose to send me lease agreement the Friday before I moved in and I didn't get it until the night before after I emailed the front staff.
