Recently had my master bedroom bathroom redone notice that my towel rack was longer there. I have lived at the Highlands for 10 yrs (I've always had 2; 1 n the bathroom and 1 outside near my sink) so when the job was done the 1 outside near my sink was no longer there. Maintenance by his name Giovanni was kind enough to find a replacement.
5 stars to Giovanni the emergency technician My garage messed up and he did everything he could to fix it. He couldn’t, but he made sure the next day the repair guy came and he called and made sure he was there and then called to update about everything while me and the wife were at work. Very polite communication was on point and just made me feel like we can count on him whenever something goes bad. Appreciate you my guy
Just wanted to come on here and share my recent experience with maintenance. I had a few things that needed to be fixed in my apartment, and I waited for my spring break so that I could be present when they were being worked on. I put in 5 work orders just yesterday and I figured it would take a few days to get it all done. However, I was pleasantly surprised that by 2pm today, Giovanni came by my apartment and was able to fix 2 of my sinks, my blinds, and 2 loose/broken cabinets. Jerry from maintenance is the man.. I have lived here for six years and have always had a hard time getting things fixed.. and then today JERRY🙌🙌🙌 not only did he come through but with a quickness but like he actually cared ♥️ so thankful thanks JERRY.. wish the rest of of them were JERRY….
