To those reading reviews, keep in mind the reviews from people taking tours do not accurately reflect what it's like to live here. The repair staff is awful. The kind of horror stories you read online levels of bad. It took them 4 tries to fix my toilet, that was broken in day one of living here. The washer was also broken day one and literally filled with garbage. Literally. Maintenance is a joke, i've put a request to fix my kitchen lights because only one works. The guy came look at it and said ill be back with parts, that was almost a year ago. Since then i have been putting new request to fix it and they always take it down as completed.. Ive been here for about a year and this has to be the worst apartment ive ever been at !!! We have work orders since march and nothing is done my pregnant girlfriend has been to the office about 10 times and they always tell her that they're gonna fix something. And they never do. We've been having problems with this appointment for months.
