Washer dryer unit was finally replaced! I would ask if possible to have service tickets addressed in a timely manner. The frustration comes from feeling of not being heard- like calling the office and never getting someone to answer the phone. ***update- current resident*** Pros: in unit washer/dryer - but when it takes more than 3 weeks to get it fixed it becomes a big issue! Frank is very attentive and knowledgeable provides excellent customer service and is quick to fixing any issues I have with my apartment.
We really had to go to this extent to have hope our Maintenance Order is acknowledged. The staff is very polite in the office but every work order I’ve put in these past few months (lived here for 2yrs) I have to be constantly calling and asking when are they coming. I submitted this May 27th of a broken Toliet seat and today is June 7 and still hasn’t been able to be resolved. Wish there would be a corporate number to reach out to. It’s terrible. I LOVE this place!!!! I've been here since 2018. The office staff is EXTREMELY kind, professional and most of all helpful. Maintenance staff is the same. Shout out to Jerry, Frank and Roman. Thanks SO MUCH for helping me out these past few days. You guys are the BEST!!!!! :-D
