I did my birthday party here on February and Dennis R. was very helpful. He’s pleasant to work with, very responsive and accommodating. They offered nice complimentary suite room. The only bad thing was that the projector didn’t work. So always good to check ahead. But everything else was good!

We had a fantastic experience working with the team at The Highlands at Germantown for our recent Hollywood Glam-themed Sweet 16. From start to finish, Dennis the Sales Manager and Janassy were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They made everything from booking to layout coordination feel seamless.
