From start to finish, Dennis the Sales Manager and Janassy were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They made everything from booking to layout coordination feel seamless. Everyone was very nice. Room was ok
If you guys are looking for the worst kind of sales experience then this is it! Their regional director of sales Christy doesn’t know how to take care of customer and always talks with an attitude as if she is doing us a big favour just by talking! Ionno how she got hang in that position but as a customer, i would never do my business with her!
